What a way for Britney Spears to celebrate the year anniversary of shaving her head by showing us the other shaved head. And you can see by her face she knows exactly what she is doing with that smile on her bigger head.

I don’t know how she does it. It is so cold in LA now, I can barely go out without a jacket and she is going out without underwear.

And she is starting to pack on the pound again.
