Sources reveal to BritneyExperts.com that Britney is working out with a choreographer. Britney was seen with a man in a private workout room during her recent trip to Ballys.

Larry Rudolph, Brit's manager, visited her in her LA home on May 22. Larry visited while Britney was with Sean and Jayden. Larry said recently, "I couldn't be happier to see the condition she's in."

Britney Spears got her bump and grind on at a Bally health club yesterday - but not before tossing out a room full of aerobicizers.

We're told participants in the regularly scheduled exercise class were majorly PO'd that they got the boot. Gym staff tried to console the electrolyte-heavy crew with free t-shirts and water bottles - some of which literally were thrown back at them.

TMZ spoke with Bally's Chief Marketing Officer John Wildman who admitted that booting regulars for Spears was their fault -- someone at the gym double booked the room. He tells us "it will never happen again," and says members were offered access to other programs the gym offered.

A new sex tape featuring troubled pop star Britney Spears is set to be released.

The footage allegedly features Britney, 26, stripping off naked apart from a pink wig, and romping with ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

The paparazzi photographer is reportedly trying to sell the full two-hour version, which is said to contain twenty minutes of full sex after a long session of foreplay, to the highest bidder.

A source said: "The video starts with Britney undressing. She was wearing some cheap clothes. The sex wasn't particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout.

"At one point in the tape Adnan asks Britney to remove the pink wig but she refuses, saying 'Take what off? There's nothing left to take off.' "

Adnan had a three-month relationship with the mother-of-two at the height of her alleged nervous breakdown earlier this year.

The sex tape was supposedly shot while the couple holidayed in Mexico in January.

X-rated footage of Britney and ex-husband Kevin Federline reportedly exists but has never been released to the public.

Britney was admitted to hospital in January twice on mental health issues, but is now recovering, and has just returned from holidaying in Costa Rica at actor Mel Gibson's vacation home.

A "spokesperson" for Britney wants to clear the air of the pregnancy scandal in a statement to The Sun:

"I want to make completely clear that Britney is NOT pregnant. There's not going to be a statement - she's just not." Sounds like a statement to me!

A friend close to Britney, aka the same "spokesperson" goes on to say "It's a mix of water retention, unflattering clothes and people liking to analyze everything she does. Britney Spears is being tipped for a regular spot on sitcom How I Met Your Mother, by one of its stars Alyson Hannigan Rumours have circulated the show's bosses are considering Spears' for a permanent turn on the show after ratings soared when she returned for a second stint, playing ditzy receptionist Abby on Monday evening's episode.

Hannigan, who worked with Spears on set, is keen for her to come back full time.

She says, "She's fantastic and just a really, really sweet girl."

And the actress describes the media circus surrounding Spears' presence: "Well the first episode was a big hoopla. A helicopter followed her into work and people were taking pictures of her off the parking structure. It was pretty crazy. But the second time they moved her trailer to a more isolated location and the paparazzi sort of left her alone I guess. Is the top of her head is it really that interesting?

ET breaks news that Britney Spears and Mel Gibson are currently en route to Costa Rica on vacation together! Britney arrived on time, about 5 minutes after Mel, and the plane departed at 9:05 a.m.

We spotted them leaving on a private plane to the Central American state early this morning. Sources tell us that Mel is taking Britney and her father Jamie for a mini-vacation. We've learned they will be guests at Mel's home in Costa Rica.

According to the terms of her custody Britney's children cannot leave the country without special approval, so they are not joining her on the trip.

While the pop star and the actor may appear to be an unlikely duo, they used to live in the same Malibu community and were spotted having dinner together at Studio City's Romanov restaurant in March.

ET Online is reporting that the pop princess and the silver screen legend were spotted leaving via private jet for Costa Rica around nine-ish this morning. The pair of stars arrived at the airfield separately, then got on board a private jet and took to the skies.

Britney Spears has sparked fresh pregnancy rumours after she was snapped cradling her swollen-looking stomach on a shopping trip.

Dressed casually in tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt, the mother-of-two was seen placing a protective hand over her bulging tummy.

The 26-year-old is currently locked in a battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, over the custody of the former couple's two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.

The star lost custody of her children in January after barricading herself in her home and refusing to hand her children over to their father.

The dramatic incident saw the Baby One More Time star stretchered off by paramedics and hospitalised in a psychiatric ward for the first of two stays.

It capped a turbulent year for Britney, who was also charged with an alleged hit-and-run and shaved off all her hair.

But now looking healthier and happier, it looks like the star could seriously be considering adding to her brood.

What's more, the Louisiana-born singer won't be going it alone – her 17-year-old sister Jamie Lynn is expecting her first child in June.

Spies tell us security at the Staples Center in Los Angeles had to clear the bathroom out when Britney went to tinkle. She was followed back and forth from the little girls' room by a stampede of little girls -- it looked like a "cattle call," our spy said.

Brit was a good girl though -- she was gone by 10:30 PM. Ya hear that, Your Honor?

You don't get to be one of the biggest pop stars on the planet without keeping tabs on what other artists are up to - so perhaps that's why we caught Britney Spears showing up to the Staples Center for Alicia Keys' big concert!

Brit did her best to keep a low profile as the security guards waved her through the back entrance and then out again after the show wrapped up. In fact, if she hadn't been riding in her big, white Escalade, we probably wouldn't have recognized her at all!

Still, we're sure Britney had a great time - after all, Alicia puts on one heck of a show! Wouldn't it be great if they got together to work on some music?

Britney Spears is heading home today for a big reunion with her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, an insider tells Life & Style exclusively. The occasion? Jamie Lynn’s baby shower!

Britney is leaving LA today to arrive in Kentwood, La., in time for tomorrow’s baby shower at mom Lynne Spears’ house, Serenity. Britney was last seen in Kentwood in November 2006.

“The shower’s on Saturday at Lynne’s house,” the insider tells Life & Style.

“At first, Jamie [Brit’s dad and also her guardian these days] didn’t think it was a good idea for Brit to go. He thought it might create chaos in Kentwood, and he wasn’t sure he wanted to put Jamie Lynn — or Britney — in the middle of that.

“Britney can’t travel without Jamie’s permission, so she worked really hard to talk him into it; it was so important for her to be there for her little sister. He finally gave in, knowing it’d be good for Brit and Jamie Lynn to finally see each other.”

The UCLA Medical Centre has been under scrutiny because of confidential details of celebrity treatment being leaked to the media, most notably the medical details of Britney Spears’ breakdown (her psychiatric records were supposedly closed to generally employee access) and Farrah Fawcett’s cancer treatment. Now it seems that at least one employee, Lawanda Jackson, is going to face criminal charges about the incident.

The indictment refers to an unidentified national media outlet, but a source familiar with the matter confirmed that the paper was the National Enquirer.

According to the indictment, Jackson received at least $4,600 from the publication through checks made out to her husband. The agreement lasted from about 2006 until at least May 21, 2007, according to the indictment.

Jackson faces up to 10 years in prison if she is convicted of the charge. Such charges involving the disclosure of medical records are rare.

While anyone in the public eye gives up a certain amount of their privacy, it is absolutely wrong to violate someone’s medical records, particularly for the paltry sum of $4,600.

Sounds pretty typical.

The National Enquirer has details of the diet and fitness regime Britney’s on in an effort to lose 20 pounds and kick start her comeback, and I hope they have some of the details wrong it because it sounds grueling. Supposedly Britney’s newly re-hired manager, Larry Rudolph, put her on the program, and this would make sense because he is also the person who is said to be brokering the deal to have her represent Bally Total Fitness.

BRITNEY SPEARS will release a series of personal video diaries on the internet, according to reports.

The Toxic hitmaker has been documenting her turbulent life through video diaries over the last six-months, and is rumoured to be releasing the emotive footage through the web or on music channel MTV.

According to British newspaper the Daily Mirror, the star lashes out at her family and friends in the videos, and criticises ex-lover R&B Justin Timberlake.

Britney Writes Apology Letter to Kevin

Desperate to restore a sense normalcy in her life, Britney Spears is making amends with her friends and family, and has been sending them letters apologizing for her past. Her reconciliation attempts with former hubby Kevin Federline go even further.

MSNBC reports that Brit-Brit wrote an eight page letter to K-fed owning up to her past failings as a wife and mother, and promising to “move on to a healthier life.”

Says a source: “Since their face-to-face meeting on Easter, Britney has started confessing to Kevin how she feels about him. She says, ‘I love you,’ and she really seems to mean it.”

The source adds that Britney is recovering well.

“She’s really doing so much better. Britney said she’s finally dealing with the issues that she was ignoring for so long and is getting over her anger.”

We’re all for Britney’s full recovery, but a reconcilation with her babydaddy appears to be a serious step in the wrong direction!!!

A report claims that Britney Spears' ex-love Adnan Ghalib was attacked and stabbed Saturday night!!!!!!

Adnan's said to be doing OK after receiving medical attention for his wounds (a stab wound to his arm, facial lacerations and a black eye) according to the source.

Who hates Adnan that much? Was it a deranged BritBrit fanatic?

Who did he piss off????

If it's true, we're glad to hear that he's ok.

But, until we see a police report or photographic proof, we'll harbor some doubt that this attack actually happened.

Sounds like a publicity stunt! Adnan probably just wants a paycheck to sell his "story."

Justin Timberlake agrees to meet Britney Spears

Justin Timberlake has agreed to meet up with his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears at a family barbecue this summer.

Spears' father Jamie has reportedly reached out to the Cry Me A River singer in the hope that the reunion will further aid his daughter's recovery from mental illness issues, which resulted in her being hospitalized twice earlier this year.

The source says, "Jamie reached out to Justin and asked if he'd be willing to come over to Britney's house to talk to her face-to-face, and Justin said yes. Jamie's hoping that by finally seeing him, she'll be able to get some real closure, some resolution. He thinks that might be a huge help to her."

Contrary to reports, Britney Spears is not in talks to return to CBS’ hit comedy 'How I Met Your Mother', Access Hollywood has learned.

Reports were circulating online, suggesting the pop singer was discussing another appearance on the show.

Last month, she played a slightly bonkers (and sexually charged receptionist) with a mega-crush on Ted (Josh Radnor).

Despite helping to propel the sitcom to their highest ratings in the show’s three-season history, she will not return to the program.
