Hot off the press: Check out a just-released snap of Britney Spears at her sister Jamie Lynn’s baby shower in Louisiana last week.

The mum-to-be tells the upcoming issue of OK! magazine, out next week: “It was wonderful to be able to spend time with her and just be girls again. We painted our nails and did stupid stuff, and we had our private time too. To just be sisters again was wonderful.”

Jamie Lynn is due in late June.

Surrounded by pink and blue balloons and with big sister Britney Spears by her side, teen mom-to-be Jamie Lynn Spears celebrated her baby shower in Kentwood, La, on Saturday. The 17-year-old is expecting a girl sometime this summer.

Friends and family gathered at mom, Lynn's, home known as "Serenity," where Britney and her father, Jamie, are staying. E! News has learned that mom and dad did all the cooking for the alcohol-free affair, which included fried chicken and chili.

Security was tight at Serenity, with police setting up a roadblock and checking IDs. By noon, only about 50 cars were allowed to enter, mostly filled with college-aged men and women. There was no sign of Jamie Lynn's baby daddy/fiancé, Casey Aldridge.

As we heard on Valentine's Day, Britney's brother got to take control of her trust but here is more info about all the things he gets to control.

(Yes, her 30-year-old brother who has never had a job of his own and who SHE has supported. He lived in her Village apt for like ever.)

The trust where Britney Spears keeps most of her estimated $100 million fortune is out of her hands – and under the control of her brother and a lawyer, according to court documents released Thursday. And for 30-year-old Bryan Spears, that means keeping tabs on everything from cash to pay for medicine to money for her Starbucks runs.

Bryan is a co-trustee to his famous sister's SJB revocable trust. According to the trust, which was established in 2004, if Britney stops being a trustee, "then Bryan Spears ... and Ivan Taback [a partner in the personal planning department of the New York-based law firm Proskauer Rose] may act as successor co-trustees under the trust."

Cameras snapped a madeover Lynne Spears at LAX today, heading back to her home state of Louisiana.

While her former husband and son stay in Los Angeles to focus on saving her troubled eldest daughter, Lynne must now deal with her pregnant teen daughter, Jamie Lynn, at home in Kentwood.

She was seen clutching the novel "Revenge of the Middle-Aged Woman." A foreshadowing, perhaps?

The hearing is over and the Commissioner in Brit's conservatorship has extended Jamie Spears' turn as conservator until the next hearing on March 10.

Commish Reva Goetz's current orders are still in effect -- Brit's conservators still have the power to deal her financial issues.

The Commissioner has also ordered that Britney undergo what's called a 730 evaluation -- a study of a family for the purposes of child custody -- the results of which need to be turned in to her by the next hearing.

As for Sam Lutfi, we're told he's hiding out and still hasn't been served with the restraining order. One lawyer even said, "I believe he is intentionally avoiding service." Ya think? The next hearing on the restraining order was previously set for Feb. 22 -- and he must be served at least 48 hours before then. Perhaps they should hang at Area.

A judge has granted a request to have Britney's older brother Bryan be named as the trustee of his sister's trust.

30-year-old Bryan and attorney Ivan Taback have been granted the authority to serve as co-trustees.

Just because it's been relatively quiet in the world of Britney Spears this past weekend, it doesn't mean that those around her aren't very concerned.

The pop star's dad is still living with her, keeping a vigilant eye over her comings and goings, as well as trying to keep her out of the public view.

Jamie's essentially a "babysitter," said an insider.

And while he held Sam Lutfi at bay, Jamie, who every day checks in with his own sobriety coach, has been toying (along with his ex-wife, Lynne) with surrounding Britney with "more normal people," says the source. But since they can't take her back to Louisiana — because her kids are in LA — Jamie and Lynne have been talking about having her friends from Kentwood, including cousin Laura Lynne Covington, possibly coming out to LA to be with Britney.

The source also says that contrary to reports, Lynne, who's currently taking care of Sean Preston and Jayden James, is not going to bring the pop star's two tots to her in violation of a judge's court order.

Approx: 11PM - Britney's back at her Beverly Hills home now after an afternoon of running around LA.

Britney, Adnan, Jamie, and Lynne are all inside.

An X17 photographer drove Britney and Adnan back home from a restaurant in the Valley and when they arrived at the Summit gate, Brit got nervous and wanted to leave. Apparently the family wants to get her back into treatment.

Is this a second intervention? Will Brit go willingly?

Yesterday may have been a divisive day between Britney Spears and her father Jamie - but clearly, that's not what Jamie wanted things to end.

After leaving court, Britney's dad headed straight over to UCLA!

Jamie, of course, showed no interest in giving any update on his way out of the hospital as he headed home.

We're still just relieved to see him reaching out to Britney during this trying time - the Spears family may be feuding, but at least they're not shutting each other out!

Forget the parenting classes these two allegedly attended. Jamie Lynn Spears and her mom, Lynne, are no longer sticking together during the teenager’s unplanned pregnancy, reports National Enquirer. According to the tabloid, the “Zoey 101” star is leaving Lynne’s luxurious Kentwood, La., estate and hightailing it to her other parent’s pad.

“Jamie Lynn is moving to Los Angeles to live with her dad,” an insider told the Enquirer. “She wants to be settled in before the baby is born in March or early April — and she wants to be closer to film projects she’d like to start after giving birth.”

But Jamie Lynn’s plans to become a working mom aren’t the only reason Britney’s little sis decided to go west. Lynne’s decided that the teenager’s baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, is off limits.

Lynne, speaking as a worried mother, told Seacrest her only concern is for her daughter's well being and she just wants Britney to get better. Lynne told Seacrest she is doing everything she can and sees her role as mom to a child who clearly needs help.

She went on to say that she hopes people will question the reports they're hearing from the media and consider the source. She's afraid that everything going on is diverting attention from the real issue- Britney's health.

Lynne also wanted to make it clear that Britney's money has nothing to do with any of this.

Okay ya'll might be like "finally" because they get to take control of her medical decisions but they also want to control her financial accounts as well. TMZ has learned Britney Spears' parents are going to court - the courtroom that establishes conservatorship for people whose personal health and welfare is gravely at risk.

Jamie and Lynne Spears will appear at the County courthouse in downtown L.A. Sources say both parents are extremely concerned about the welfare of their daughter and upset because Sam Lutfi is trying to call the shots on all matters Britney.

Britney Spears’ grandfather fears medical treatment will make her WORSE - insisting: “She shouldn’t go in the nut house.”

The superstar’s emergency medical intervention, in which she was rushed to hospital in an amazing police motorcade, was assumed to be Britney’s family’s prayers finally being answered.

But her grandfather, June Austin Spears insists many relatives fear it will make the star even crazier. “I don’t know about Britney,” the 77-year-old said. “I’m worried about her. She shouldn’t go in the nut house.

“Sometimes you come out worse than you come in.”

Spears, 26, has been classified as “G.D.” - gravely disabled - which means she is unable to take care of her personal needs, such as food, clothing and shelter. The classification is one of the criteria for involuntary commitment.

While unhappy, Britney’s grandfather acknowledges that the hospital stay is her family’s attempts to finally make things right. “Her daddy and her brother Bryan had a lot to do with it,” said the singer’s grandfather.

“They want what’s best for her.”

I forgot to post that X17 says Sam, Alli and her mom visited her yesterday.

This just in! Sam has arrived at the hospital, with Britney's mother Lynne and BFF Alli already inside.

No one - not even family members - are allowed inside the room with Brit until visiting hours at 4 pm.

Seems strange that Sam arrived just in time to jump ahead of the line and be the first to see Britney. Did Britney request to see him?

A source close to Osama Lutfi insists to PerezHilton.com that - contrary to other reports - he is still in contact with Britney's lawyers. And, that he's also in contact with her doctors.

The former pop star's "manager" has had it with both of the Spears parents, Jamie and Lynne.

"He's fed up with everyone thinking he's the bad guy," a source tells us. "He's gonna start defending himself publicly."

It's going to be A LITTLE BIT awkward next time Lynne Spears and Osama Lutfi are in the same place at the same time.

We told you earlier how Britney's manager has declared war on both her parents.

Osama thinks he's getting a bum rap and he's gonna start defending himself - while lashing out at them - in a big way.

Lutfi has just gone on the record with Access Hollywood and told them:
