A source close to Britney reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com that she is going to open her own dance studio."

"It will be right near Millennium [her favorite dance studio in the Valley," says our source. "And she plans to call it The Basement."

Spears has recently been teaching classes to children at Millennium, and opening her own dance studio is the natural evolution from that.

Following a shopping trip to Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse yesterday afternoon, Britney Spears strapped on her dancing shoes and headed over to Millenium for an evening exercise.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the Gimme More singer has been receiving rave reviews for the kids’ dance classes she holds at the Los Angeles dance studio.

Meanwhile, the big news of late in the life of Britney Spears revolves around threatening letters she’s been getting in the mail on a frequent basis.

Included in the incoming mail were writings that reportedly “describe how to bomb and include weird gibberish about the Middle East and Israel.”

“A lot of it was disturbing stalker kind of stuff,” a source said. “But to be safe, her security team is turning it all over to the police and FBI.”

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson has also confirmed that they have “been looking at allegations that have cropped up in the past couple of months”, according to NY Post reports.

Britney Spears is getting serious about her comeback.

I got word over the weekend that she’s reached out to a former collaborator, dancer Leo Moctezuma. According to a source, the two spoke on the phone last week, but they didn’t get into details about any one particular project.

“They’re supposed to talk again this week,” my source said.

We're hearing that Brit's getting serious about her "chair" routine for her single "Hot As Ice."

Our sources tell us Britney's hoping to work with Andre Fuentes, a choreographer who'e been with her for since "Overprotected" in 2003. But dad Jamie has to agree before Andre gets the gig!

Oh, and on a side note, The Sun is reporting that Brit and Adnan have split up -- yea!!! But were they ever really together?

"I recently spotted Adnan walking out of A Pea in The Pod in Beverly Hills holding hands with another woman this Saturday afternoon. I confirmed that it was him, because i said "hey Adnan" and he nodded and they broke their hands free but said nothing."

Two doctors have arrived at Britney's Beverly Hills home, picked up by Brit's bodyguards from UCLA Medical Center. Apparently paps on the scene were worried but TMZ reports that the two are a personal psychologist and a court-appointed doctor and that the visit was scheduled.

X17 photographers say she was scheduled to dance at Millennium today around this 4 o'clock hour, her usual time, but that she rescheduled for 6 pm.

Happy Leap Year!?

Shortly ago, it seemed an impossibility. But there are emerging indications that Britney Spears may really be on the road to getting her life back on track.

The Gimme More singer recently had visitation restored with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, so far seeing the boys three times since.

Spears has also gotten back to dancing and it shows from the recent improvement in her physique - which should put an end to all of those baby rumors circulating the tabloids.

Continuing her workout regimen, Brit arrived at Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood on Friday afternoon with her mother, Lynne Spears, who is back in town from Louisiana.

Joining the mother/daughter Spears tandem for the dance outing were the Toxic singer’s blonde assistant and her new bodyguard - all there to make sure that Miss Britney keeps on the right path!

(getty images) Almost immediately following her release from the hospital in early February, Britney Spears went back into the dance studio, not only to work on her upcoming video, but to get back to one of her former favorite pastimes — teaching young boys and girls how to shake their tail-feathers like a platinum-selling pop star.

And now, as the singer continues her closed-door sessions with these lucky kids, OK! brings you an exclusive look at exactly what she's teaching them — and how it's helping her to become a better mom.

"We started out with about seven kids and now we've doubled that to 15," Robert Baker, owner of Millennium Dance Studios, where Brit teaches and rehearses, explains exclusively to OK!. "She wants to have different kids in the class each time to give everyone a chance to have fun."

For better or for worse, another Britney Spears comeback is in the works.

E! News has learned that the "Gimme More" songstress, who has been logging numerous hours in a North Hollywood dance studio recently, is gearing up to start work on a video for another tune off of her latest album, Blackout.

"She wants to do the single 'Hot as Ice' as her next video and is ready to take the next step," said a source close to Spears. "She's been working a chair routine out in the studio and is ready to animate it."

To get herself camera-ready, Spears is going to start rehearsing up to four days a week and is looking to hook up with some top local choreographers.

The 26-year-old divorcée, who spent another three hours at home with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Thursday morning as part of her new visitation arrangement, is "very clear" and focused on her dance training, the source said.

Reports have suggested several catalysts for Britney’s belly growth, ranging from pregnancy to diet to medicine.

Despite her daily dancing schedule and healthier lifestyle, Britney’s stomach seems to have grown and she seems very aware of it. While she hasn’t stopped wearing revealing garb, she seemed noticeably insecure today with her purposely-placed purse in front of her belly.
