When Britney Spears rolled up to the gas station last night to grace the paps with her presence, she had some company - her new friend Robert Edie!

The dynamic duo was heading home (with a ten-minute stop at the Four Seasons) after doing some house-hunting - no, not like that; Britney's just on the prowl for a new "party house", and Robert's a real estate agent who specializes in high-profile clients. (Then again, our photogs reported that Robert stayed over at Britney's house until 1:00 am! - does that sound like any real estate broker you've ever met?)
