These days, Britney Spears is so focused on her work that she's barely got a second to spare for the paps - but yesterday, she made an exception!

The Queen B shot our photographer a quick wave on her way into the dance studio yesterday afternoon. Hiya, Brit - it's always a pleasure to see you!

Sadly, Britney's welcoming mood was short-lived - by the time we spotted her leaving the Television Center in Hollywood a few hours later, she was back to her old tricks of hiding behind her handbag as her bodyguard sped off. What could have changed her mind?
