I don't really think it's news that someone wore an outfit twice (OMG) especially when said person was just released from the hospital and you know some random person packed her bag.

It should! Brit left the UCLA Med Center yesterday wearing a short purple dress...

...and she also wore it back in September of '07 - when she had blond hair! - while shopping with Alli in Beverly Hills!
